Lost or Stolen Packages: CatCraze Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Custom and Personalized Items: Items that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
